Halloween Post

Ah yes, tis the fated day. When children scavenge and skeletons dance under the moonlight. No no, not New Years Eve, but the ol'-timey legend of Halloween!

Only a 50-ton bag of Reese's Peanut butter cups or a reinforced door can save you now.

First things first, make sure your pumpkin patches are sincere. I can tell you how many times I see people who don't have their pumpkin patch ready by sunset, and the Great Pumpkin passes them by, year after year. Doesn't that just rustle your Boo-berries?. Sincerity is key. Anyway, I wish you all good tidings from the Great Pumpkin tonight.

On another note, don't miss out on the new Don't Hug Me I'm Scared video released today, its all about love!

Looking for something more Halloweeny? This cool Soul Eater Amv of "This is Halloween" might do the trick. (P.S. The title is a dead giveaway that it will...) (...do the trick that is)

What else makes a great Halloween? You guessed it, spoopy ghost gifs!

Pretty scary, right? But fret not, they usually don't murder people and eat their corpses.

Bored and don't have that handy DVD of Scary Godmother to watch? Entertain yourself with some free android games over at the Humble Bundle, as well as other great offers they have going on at the moment. (No I didn't get paid to say that) Personally, I've been enjoying some of my personal favorite: Organ Trail

Now, what is it that sets Halloween apart from you grandfather's piano recital? Costumes of course! I'd show you some cool examples of costumes, but I didn't really prepare any to share with you guys. Sooooo here's the Monster Mash.

Well, I think that's about all for now. I'll assume you have a good costume on, so here you go; your very own piece of candy from me to you. (It's a rare one)

Anyways, I hope you all have a happy one, be it spent trick-or-treating, at a party, or spending the next two hours replaying pumpkin hill to get all A-ranks... anyway, may the Great Pumpkin be with you and Happy Halloween.

Dachshund Bookends

If there's anything I love more than hot chocolate; it would most definitely be this fantastic set of bookends I found.
Isn't it the sweetest? Dachshunds are just so amazing, and now they can finally hold up all of your favorite books too. You can get these bookends on Amazon if you want to add them to your personal bookshelf. Regardless, I figured I should share them with you guys just because of how great they were. Not sure about you, but his stout nose already made my day.

Short Story: Flower

Divinity knew me by my name. It was a secret I'd been trying to disprove, but it never seemed to go away. It followed me, but never revealed itself so I could be certain. "It's just a vision, everyone wishes they could see such a quality. You're no different than anyone else." That's not true.

I never wanted this to happen. I avoided it for as long as I knew the stories were true. I would hear from these stories all my life, the ones that you would imagine are only true in fiction. However, as I grew older I began to realize how real the "stories" were. It was everywhere, existent in everyone from your friends to your family. Everywhere, but within me. I got used to it, and told everyone I liked it. I was certain it would never happen to me. Time and time again, I never saw it. I thought I never would.

But why would having something so true be a bad thing? Everyone but me could show it, but it would be bad if it were to ever come to me.

          Now, it has.

This can't be right. This never meant to manifest, especially for me. I doubted myself over any other thought, and continued to do so until the denial was the loudest thing I could hear. Was I going insane? What did I overlook? This is a dream, right? Is someone toying with me? Why is this so important? The more I thought about it the less it seemed possible. I felt like a victim. Sure I understood why others went through it, I mean, I was different from them. They were allowed to bear it while I stood in the sidelines. I grew comfortable in the assurance that I wouldn't have to change; never did I feel aspiration or regret.

Does this mean I have to accept it now? I'm not ready for this, but I'll give it a shot. This is going to change me forever, but leave me transparent in the end. I guess that's just what I wanted. I'm questioning time for divinity to bloom.

Battle of the Week: Light Blue or Sky Blue?

The results are in, and this week's Battle of the Week winner is...

A tie!!

Yep, both combatants just barely got the same amount of votes this week.

0% - Light Blue (0 votes)
0% - Sky Blue (0 vote)

Now I know what you're thinking; "How?"
"How could people bring themselves to settle for either light blue or sky blue when they're both just so beautiful?"
I know, silly me never considered all of those indecisive people faced with such a tough question. I promise the next battles will be a bit less intimidating.

Don't forget to vote in the next Battle of the Week, ciao!

Nyanko-Sensei Wallpaper

*Gasp* Is that... could it be? That's right! It's Nyanko-sensei in wallpaper form! My boredom has yet again led me to make an unspecific wallpaper for you all. I apologize for his lumpiness, for I am not the greatest artist, but maybe he will find a happy home on your desktop.

Adieu!

A Partial Poem

I wrote a partial poem. I hope you like it.

Not every end starts with beginning.
Not every note is always worth singing.

Not every tree has fruit to bear.
Not every eye has prompting to stare.

Not every chest has room to store.
Not every gram becomes a s'more.

Not every beginning comes to an end.

Feelin' a little blue

I made this comic. I hope you will find it comical.

A Love Poem

I wrote a love poem, I hope you all like it.

Love is big.
Love is small.
Love is here.
Love is there.
Love is up.
Love is down.
Love is right.

But no love is left.

Love is A.
Love is B.
Love is C.
Love is Z.

Love is a word.

So is hemoencephalography.

Bring me a string, and I'll give you a tune

Good afternoon cottage cheese, it's been quite a while.

I thought the same.

So how's the haps?

Please don't talk to me like that.

Is something wrong?

Oh no, its just that I prefer not to use words like that. My moral code doesn't fare for terms and phrases that aren't legitimate.

I'm sorry, for a second there I thought we almost had a misunderstanding.

We almost did.

On another thought, how has Peach been doing?

I can't complain, every now and then we get mixed up in some cold debate but it's been generally been decent these last few weeks.

That doesn't sound very assuring.

I can assure you, you've no need to fret about it; it's something all couples go through.

Is that right?

Yeah, so no matter what we dish out on each other we'll understand that its often for both's sake.

I never knew intimate relations were so complex.

They very well can be, one day you're spooning together and the next you don't even want to make eye contact. It's an unfortunately pressing issue for lovers.

That can't be right.

Pardon?

Everyone goes through those things, its common nature. From how it sounds, you two make a very healthy and sweet couple. Don't discourage yourself based on is virtue relative to perfectibility. Everyone has troubles, but if you can overlook them then you really do have something special.

Thank you, I appreciate your generous words.

Thank me not, your company is compensation.

I must decline you're request, for my gratitude is inevitable.

You are very interesting, you know? You're unlike most other's I've met.

And how's that?

Well, you seem to have consistently good intentions for someone so soft.

Soft? That's how you see me?

Correct, it's one of the things that sets you apart. That and of course, the fact that you are a bowl of cottage cheese.

Thank you for everything. Say, would you like to go for dinner this evening?

Lets.

Penguin Lamps

I've been thinking a lot about penguin lamps as of the recent. I think they're really neat. Wouldn't you say so as well? I mean, don't get me wrong. Penguin benches are cool. Porpoise lamps are cool too. But penguin lamps are the best. Do you think so too?

First Post

Apples are just so rad.
